KENNEDY VALVE MANUFACTURING COMPANY

Daniel Kennedy started making gate valves in a shop located on Gold Street in the lower Manhattan, New York area.  Then, in 1890 they moved to a larger manufacturing facility and the company then changed their name from The D. Kennedy Firm to Kennedy Valve Manufacturing Co.


As business grew the company, the business built a more modern plant on 52 acres located in Elmira, New York. In 2007 Kennedy Valve celebrated the milestone of 100 years of operation.

MILWAUKEE VALVE COMPANY


Established in 1901, Milwaukee Valve Company manufactured valves for the plumbing and heating business.  In 1959 the company was purchase by Herschel Seder and Max Koenigsberg and began producing new products. 


Today, Milwaukee Valve Company is the best source for valves and actuated controls that meet process-automation needs and manufactures more than 4,000 manual and actuated valves to meet the exacting demands and rugged service conditions.
