What are the advantages of the Meter Analysis Program? In contrast to blind meter replacement, the Meter Analysis Program pinpoints only those large water meters with the highest revenue potential, it insures the highest possible revenue gain at the lowest investment.

Once I have identified a revenue loss situation, what are my options?

PURCHASE - Based on the analysis provided, the fastest return on investment is to purchase the meters and services and repay yourself from the increased revenue.

LEASE - If no cash is available, we can provide a capital lease through Schlumberger or reputable government 3rd party leasing companies.

What risks do I have? In order to eliminate any perceived risk in undertaking this program, we offer two revenue guarantee programs.

BONUS GUARANTEE - S.L.C. will perform the Meter Revenue Analysis and field work and perform revenue gain projections for the appropriate meters. Based upon this data, S.L.C. will install all appropriate meters at no cost to the customer. At the end of one year, if the revenue projection is not met, the customer retains ownership of the meters at no cost. If the revenue projection is exceeded, then the customer pays S.L.C. for the products and installation, plus a predetermined fixed performance bonus based on the revenue risk that was undertaken.

INCREASED REVENUE SHARING - S.L.C. will perform the Meter Revenue Analysis and field work and perform a revenue gain projection for the appropriate meters. Based upon this data, S.L.C. will install all appropriate meters at no cost to the customer. On a billing basis, S.L.C. will receive as payment a portion of the increased revenue at each site, for a pre-set time period. The amount and time period will vary according to each independent situation.

What are the steps in the program? After collecting the data, we will perform a linear regression analysis on your information. Based upon the results, we will help determine the potential gains and use our expertise to properly size and install your meters. S.L.C. will provide the products and installation services.
